Pyabmxk (นักวาด) :

  • นักวาดสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิก และคืนเงินในทุกกรณี

  • การคืนเงิน : ทำได้เฉพาะออร์เดอร์ที่ยังไม่ได้เริ่มทำ

  • นักวาดเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์ของภาพที่วาด รวมถึงการใช้งานและการเผยแพร่ภาพวาด นอกจากว่าจะมีการตกลงกันเป็นอย่างอื่น

  • นักวาดไม่หากำไรเพิ่มเติมจากภาพที่ได้รับการว่าจ้าง นอกจากว่าผู้ว่าจ้างทำผิดข้อตกลง

  • นักวาดมีสิทธิ์โพสภาพวาดที่ได้รับการว่าจ้างบนออนไลน์ และในพอร์ตโฟลิโอ

ลูกค้า (ผู้ว่าจ้าง) :

  • ลูกค้าสามารถใช้งานภาพเพื่อจุดประสงค์ส่วนตัวเท่านั้น ยกเว้นว่าจะตกลงกับนักวาดแล้วว่าอย่างอื่น (ลูกค้าสามารถอัพโหลดรูปและใช้ในโซเชียลมีเดียของลูกค้าได้)

  • ลูกค้าพิมพ์ (print) งานได้, สิทธิ์ในตัวละครเป็นของลูกค้า แต่ไม่ใช่ตัวภาพวาด

  • ลูกค้าไม่สามารถแก้ไขดัดแปลงภาพได้โดยนักวาดไม่สมัครใจ

  • สำหรับงานที่ใช้ส่วนตัว : ผู้ว่าจ้างต้องไม่ใช้งานภาพที่ว่าจ้างในเชิงพาณิชย์; หรือคือหากำไรจากภาพที่ว่าจ้าง (เช่นขายต่อ เผยแพร่ ทำซ้ำ Print-on-demand)

  • ลูกค้าสามารถซื้อสิทธิ์ในการใช้งานเชิงพาณิชย์ของภาพที่ว่าจ้างได้ตลอดเวลา - กรุณาดูด้านล่างเพิ่มเติม

นักวาดยินดีที่จะเปลี่ยนข้อตกลงบางข้อหากลูกค้าต้องการเช่นไม่ต้องการให้นักวาดโพสงาน หรือกำหนดเวลาว่านักวาดจะเผยแพร่งานได้เมื่อใดเป็นต้น กรุณาแจ้งก่อน

🍑 Price tiers

ขนาดภาพ :

  • ราคา x1 - ขนาด A5, โปสการ์ด 4x6, และ FHD 1080

  • ราคา x1.5 - ขนาด A4

  • ขนาดใหญ่กว่า A4, 300 dpi - ยังไม่รับ (ถ้าต้องการสั่งสามารถติดต่อมาเพื่อสอบถามและ request ได้ค่ะ)

การใช้เชิงพาณิชย์ :

  • ดูราคา/จองคิว , ลูกค้าสามารถใช้ภาพในเชิงพาณิชย์ได้ ( เช่นใช้เพื่อการโปรโมต/โฆษณา/ใช้กับทวิช/สตรีม/ยูทูปที่ได้รับค่าตอบแทน/ปกนิยาย เป็นต้น) แต่ไม่ใช้ภาพในการผลิตชิ้นงานปริมาณมาก และกรุณาให้เครดิต

  • ไม่รับงานที่จะนำภาพไปใช้ในการผลิตชิ้นงานปริมาณมากในเชิงพาณิชย์ ( ตัวอย่างเช่นโปสการ์ด, สติ๊กเกอร์, เข็มกลัด เพื่อขาย)

ปกนิยาย :

  • ราคาปกนิยายรวมสิทธิ์ในการใช้เป็นปก เพื่อการพาณิชย์ได้ (เช่น ตีพิมพ์/E-book/ลงเว็บ/ของแจกเพื่อโปรโมทเป็นต้น)

🍑 TERM OF SERVICE

By purchasing a commission from me (the artist) you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.Please read the terms carefully:

I, Pyabmxk (the artist) :

  • I don't do refunds, except I have not yet worked on your order.

  • I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image of your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio.

You (customer) :

  • You may use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)

  • You may print the artwork and claim the character(s) as your own, but not the artwork itself.

  • You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (Pyamxk's) consent.

  • For Personal usage : You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes; make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point
